Just a little advice. Tighten all the hose clamps you see, not that's your leak but you will be glad you did after checking them. Especially the one coming off the sea water pump, its has a lot of pressure on it.

George I have lots of parts if you may need something? Just call.

I will climb into the engine compartment tonight with water pressure hooked up the the sea strainer and check for leaks. I hope to beable to climb out.

As far as your exhaust flap sticking, it's probably not the flaps themselves, but the air lines that connect to them. When i got my boat the flaps would only stay open for 3-4 seconds so with boat turned off, i would active the open exhaust and I'd lean back there and i heard air leaking out until all the flaps would open one-by-one. i tightened some of the fittings that hold the airlines onto the actuators and that fixed it. give a try.

I unhooked the cable and 1 flap sticks, i tryed working it back and forth to free it up with not to much results.

Winter updates

We had a great time this summer with our new boat in all the lakes in upstate NY. I replaced all the bellows and stopped 95% of the water leaking in, both shift boots were leaking. Updates not shown in pictures: new purple vinyl around the top race faring and purple dino steering wheel, Yellow side engine air griles, trailer repainted dark blue. Parts to be installed this spring. EMI manifolds with SS short risers (I fixed the silent choice). New gimble ring, I found a crack on the port side. Bravo one 28P props turning out, (ran 27P hydros inwards). Other updates to follow.
