Getting some good tail always takes time

The only excuse i can think of would be. If they are good, they could be totally swamped w work. It happens..

True, but from the many post it seems all the time and that is still no excuse for nine months. Maybe they should hire some help to service customers better. I think the real problem is they are about the only game in town, might be a good business to start for someone with skills.

Waiting 3 months..... That's crazy and any excuse is unacceptable in today's business. Not a good formula for long term success and customer loyalty. Sure does make for a good business opportunity from a competitor.

I say go ahead. Start your own buisness. I would much rather have someone try to compete , Than I would lower my Quality by having to depend on someone else to do what I do best. Just My opinion. If you are the best . Why change anything?
If you are a customer in a hurry and all pissed off.. Take your chit and go away.. I say.

Sorry i blew a gasket .. But the scheduling is the hardest part of buisness. either you have so much work you can barely keep up or you don't have enough work to stay a float..
