Don't know what your short blocks are. but I would say you need blowers to turn those -4's and Props you are running. But that is what I think. You could probably get whipples under the hood on your boat but that would mean different pistons than efi pistons.

I think the new t should read. " It's nice to be injected and blown " lol btw we sold over 500 of those T's you are talking about in 1980

Yes pistons would probably have to be changed. I think we'll be ok without blowers though will know better once Reher-Morrison gets intakes and heads and flows everything.
