This may help you a little with prop selection. This is my dyno sheet from bone stock HP500EFI with a bit over 360 hours. Top ends have been rebuilt but stock valves, cam etc. You will notice I am a little less HP and trq but it will give you a little info.
I run 28 Hydro 4 blades to 5200 rpm, from what I understand that equals a 30 Bravo. Sounds like a 32 would be a good starting point, BB blades also runs a prop test program.

Well just to update the thread. I went over to Ron's around 4;30 today and his guys had one motor in my boat that the other was swinging on the hoist. I'm betting they finished the day with both motors setting in my boat. The new headers arrived today as well. We cut open the boxes while I was there and checked those out too. I'm going by the shop again tomorrow. Ill take my phone this time so I can take a picture or two for the thread. I forgot it today and left it on my desk. Stay tuned pictures tomorrow. Thank You to all of you for all the helpful info. I have never be threw anything like this before and I'm learning as I go so many thanks for the info both good and bad. Keep it coming.

Yea I knew yours would be ran at that shop, good guys there.
Lucky, I assume the water p is water pressure. Not sure if mine were even hooked up. Mine were ran with the stock CIM headers.
I would think the low fuel pressure needs to be fixed, seems to me that would effect tuneing. People that do this all the time may chime in.
My boat ran right at 82 any day any load, light load cool day 84 all speeds gps. Like I said before 28 hydro's
Really want to see those pictures of the bumber holders installed, I may do that if I ever get back to working on it.
Job is killing me.

What confuses me more is getting those runners to flow enough to make that power without cutting down the runners and removing a lot of material. That manifold was designed by Lingfelter to make torque not hp.
You might say I know something about making power using that setup with a 540 crank.

Thank You for your input. This has been a very long road for us and I still have my fingers crossed that I made all the right decisions with all of this stuff. I guess time will tell shortly.
