Nice numbers, why not use the larger LS motor, don't they have one that is 427 cu in? Are the cylinder bores to close for a marine application?

No, but it adds another 4K to the cost of the short block, requires bigger turbos, and makes more power. See where this is going?

Do you have any idea what the motors will sell for and how the weight compares to a big block Chevy?

I will weigh them in a few weeks. I would guess a few 100 less per engine. With regard to pricing, I'm shooting for a price less than what a SCI 700 runs. Far less.

I can only speculate at this point but I would be happy with 115-120 MPH.
