You could buy a new 2003 29 for what I almost owed! THANKS REGGIE!!!!!
Now that Fountain is trying to sell much, much more boats due to there financial outlook and now they are a Mercury/Brunswick company the prices have dropped on new boats and that really hurts the used market for Fountains.

I guess they realize it. I had one dealer who was embarrassed to tell me what my boat was worth. I finally talked him into giving me the numbers. All I can say is unbelievable.
I really like the boat and will be keeping it for some time. My only advise to others who are buying new is to make darn sure you love the boat because you will have it a long time.Dan

Remember last year hassling me for getting such a late start on the season. Are your telling me you only have 240 hours on a 1993. Mine's a 97 with 550 hours. I guess I need to take a couple of seasons off so you can catch up!!!
We ended up putting 80 hours on the boat last year. Still not bad considering how bad the weather was last summer.Dan
BTW, You need to join the Chicago Powerboat Club and get some aerial pictures of the new boat.

I keep hearing how cigs hold their value so well, but I've
seen plenty of 2000-2001 tigers sell for 170-200k. What
did they cost new, 300-350k? Thats 125-150k loss in 4-5
years!! Thats as bad or worse than any used Fountain out
there.

It's a buyers market right now. It's a great time not to own a boat.
