Just called Hyatt and reservations didn't have any thing under Ft Meyers Offshore. Were the rooms put under another name? Pete

The Hyatt is not yet ready to take our reservations. They are holding 25 rooms for us. ( looks like I need to bump that up again ! ) They just sent me a contract today which I will sign and return to them Monday. They will then need some time to get it set up in their system so it may be mid next week before you can finalize your reservation with them. I will circulate an instructional e mail to all who have registered with FMO in a day or so. It's all covered.

Sarasota update:

I have returned a signed contract to the Hyatt today for 32 rooms and 25 boat slips. As soon as the Hyatt has our Ft Myers Offshore group set up in their reservation system, we can confirm our reservations with a credit card. I will send out an e mail to everyone that has registered with us, when you may contact the Hyatt. Hopefully that will just take a day or so.
If we go beyond the 25 slips ( now at 20 ) unless I can talk them into some rafting, the overflow will have to go to Marina Jack's about 10 minutes away.
Also I have reserved " The Boathouse" bar and restaurant for our group for Saturday evening. We will have it for our exclusive use for a buffet dinner and party afterwards. Once I have the menu and pricing, I will circulate that info as well but that is not imminent.
I will continue to post event updates from time to time.

I will confirm this but I'm under the impression that I will just give a list of the first 25 registered boats to the dockmaster prior to arrival and he will direct you to your slip. You will sign in with him on arrival.
