My statement in post #19 is correct. After speaking with Hyatt Sarasota today, I will submit a list to the dockmaster of those boats that have registered with FMO, as per my lists above. We are assured of 25 slips, maybe as many as 27. They will try to accommodate additional boats with a reasonable amount of rafting at the dockmasters discretion. After that the excess will have to go over to Marina Jack's.

Kinda funny now, but you and I were concerned about getting 10 rooms filled, when we started discussing this one.

So true, Frank. I was guessing 10 boats tops and am amazed at the interest. I am providing a list of the 24 boats registered to the dock master tomorrow. All are assured slips. They will do all they can to accommodate additional boats with possibly some rafting. They are very anxious to receive our group. I can see where this will become an annual event.

Thanks, Bob. I did get your e mail and will add you to the list. Will send you info today on how to reserve your hotel room and get the $ 129.00 rate. Slip reservations are done thru FMO as there dock guys do not want a lot of people calling them separately. I will advise the dock master on your behalf. We are now at 25 boats. Nice.
