Reading this thread, I just have to post one of my favorite shots of the Hyatt. PRA Oct 6,2007- I drove up from Pt Charlotte to join Bob on the run. Right after I got there he suggested I run up to his room and grab some shots from the balcony.

It was a pretty good suggestion.
Definitely one of my favorite places.



Looking forward to this one.

We have had 4 participants drop out, but have added a few more and are now at 32 boats. There is room for additional boats however they are required to stay at Marina Jack's a short distance away as Hyatt Marina is full. Hyatt is only accepting the first 26 boats, all others will go to Marina Jack's.

Thanks Don. See you Saturday. My dealing with a large corporation like Hyatt has not been easy. I had to guarantee with my credit card that there would 80% show up. Any more that 20% cancellations I personally get stuck paying for their rooms. I think that kicks in around 10 room cancellations which we are fast approaching. Also they asked me to guarantee that everyone ( 100% ) would show up for dinner which I knew would not happen and which I would not do. That is why we are on our own for dinner but we will have a party in the Boathouse from 8 till we close it.
I was prepared for some risk in putting this together but sure hope I am not left holding the bag here.
I will be e mailing everyone's slip assignment and final info on routing etc. by mid week so check your e mail occasionally.
