I have the tool that takes the nose cone off.... You can use industrial type spanner tools on the inside to take it apart. I did mine. OH... by the way... you don't have to totally disassemble the drive to remove the prop shaft and change the seals. The trick is to slide a shaft the same diameter as the prop shaft into the gears to keep everything in place. It also helps if you have a fixture that holds the drive and the prop shaft vertical.
