I'm suprised to hear of so many boats that DO NOT have kill switches. I've owned two boats and they both had them.

My 97 came without a kill switch and that was after it was used for the 100mph shootout for Power Boat mag and was a test boat in Hot Boat. When I picked up the boatfrom the dealer and notice it didn't have one the dealer try to tell me a 24 ft boat is large enough it didn't need one.

Does somebody make a 3 engine/1 cord kill switch? Please tell me where to get one or post a link.

My 47 MPH Chris Craft had one. I figured it was probably a CG reg to have them, apparently not.

I always use the KS on my Superboat. Some of my bathing suits do not have a good place to attach it. So, I use a heavy duty safety pin. It's actually annoying not to use it on my boat. If it is not attached to me it dangles and makes noise hitting the side of the cockpit.

My TBred came wth two, and I added one to my Donzi.

I thought most boats had to have them, but a friend of mine bought a 26' Panga Diesel and it did not have one. He's adding one now, and it's only a 35mph boat. But it has low sides, and would be easy to fall out of I guess...

My vest has a D ring for attachment of the lanyard, and when I don't have a vest on I clip it to the leg of my trunks. What's cute is watching Janet try to clip it onto her thong! I'm going to hit something watching that someday!

Here's the vests in action on the pace boat at Biloxi...

Well if you are in St Joe, visit!

We are just past Harbor Aisle Marina, heading toward Brian's marina. You'll see it parked in front of the condo in a slip, assuming it comes through US Customs ok on Friday!
