We started a project with 4 Seasons at the 4MM last spring. Supposed to close late January. We already did well on the investment!

Dont worry Dave its not far from your complex, have the hooters location, working on getting the final commitment from hooters. not far from shooters. looking for investors right now, and yes on the water, do you guys think it will fly, hell the edock boys alone will make it profitable, ordering 200 red bull and vodkas at a time, Delo you might want to buy in now, supercat cove is moving slowly, still have 4 porta cima homes at trim stage, then will be full time, starting new shower houses, have rigging and service personnel put together. Restaurant on hold until we find out about hooters, also looking to put in dry storage in out building 120x240' because of lake of adequate dock space around facility.
