I have not seen a boat yet that I like better with the arch on it.

Leave the arch on and spend 900 bucks on radar. It'll be the best money you ever spent.

NautiGirl....I do like them on some boats. I think that 30'+ with it facing forward looks good. Its also nice if you want some kind of bimini attached where you could snap it to the front of the arch and just cover part way to over the windshield. (stand-up height).

I'm toying with the idea of adding one to mine. Not a fiberglass arch but a welded stainless tube type. I'm not adding it for looks but to mount radio, GPS antenna and search light.
And if I do get one it won't be angled forward. I don't like the way it looks.

Dont particularly care for them but my friends (bn) 35 Sonic looks sweet with one. I think sonic is the only boat that can still get away with it
