Yeah.....they are all right.
But it all depends on what you want access to where you work and live.
Best part..........today it's in the low 70's and feels like spring in Philly.........where we were "transferred" from.

what does "affordable" housing consist of in marathon? i pull up listings and they are all 7 figures, if the post office pays that much, i need to take my civil servants test....

"Nice" real estate in the keys is pretty pricey, even by south Florida standards.
However, there is tons more inventory on the market compared to last year or the year before, so there is the occasional good deal.
