For your information Darwin : you'l give the creeps to our guests!

Your picture shows a Alligator Gar

Range - Found in the Escambia, Yellow and Choctawhatchee rivers in northwest Florida. They have also been found in the Econfina/Bear Creek area of Bay County.

The natural range of the Alligator gar is the southern area of the country and the short nose and spotted gas are mid and southern areas. The Longnosed gars (small gar) original range extended into the northern US and up the St. Laurence drainage to about Quebec city.
