Cigarette Vs. Apache
#262
What a F'ing joke. i'd venture to say that if offshore racing was still OFFSHORE in the rough stuff, Fountain would be at the top of the game! maybe with a different boat but at the top, to be deal't with. It's in his blood, do you think Reggie changed the race course, NOT, he was just smart enough to ADAPT! Did the others? Apache may have had there moment in race history for what 5-7 yrs, and were was Cigarette's moment ? Fountain's may not be the ultimate OFFSHORE WARRIOR but in the last decade in half, and in the arena set by the Race Associations, they Dominate like no other manufacture, PAST or PRESENT! People say that Fountains could not have competed with the Apache and Cigaretes in there elements ( rough water ) SO ! Apache and Cigarette cant compete with Fountain"s in there elemants. So in the nasty of the nastest water Apaches and Cigarette will prevail and in the calmer waters Fountain will prevail, and inbetween we have alot of fun! GET OVER IT !

They all are great boats, past and present, take a hot sunny day fill with fuel, boose, hot babes, crack the throttles and if it goes go with it. If the price keeps going up , I will have to go back to a open bow bayliner. another thing how are are of these HP motors going to run on 85????????.
