Anywhere to go fast in WPB/Vero FL, (Besides the Ocean)

Is there any parts of the ICW or inland waterways that aren't No Wake?
Wide St Lucyie
Indian River?
Flagler?
Are there any areas around Palm Beach, Vero Beach/ Martin County where you can go fast other then the ocean or have fast access to the ocean from a stretch of waterway?

Its been a few years but I had a 38 cig down there and kept it at martin co. marina on the st. lucie river. You used to be able to run the river at speed and not get bothered, just be careful around the manatee pocket area thats where the sherrif docks are. Access to the ocean is close from the pocket and so is the Indian river.

If you launch in Boynton Beach you can run north in the ICW for many miles without restriction. The inlet is across from the ramps. Easy in, easy out, just follow the channel.
