It wasn't that bad .About 15 min.I took a die grinder with a carbide bit and cut the collar in half .Then I tried getting a pair of channel locks on it and it would get a good grip to turn it.So I just cut 4 groves in the brass nut and beat a socket on it and it came right off. It would be that hard to steel a prop if you could cut the collar s off easy.Keep that in mind
