I know it's not a go-fast, but it's no slouch either
A good friend has been trying to buy one, twin 350mag preferably horizon motors, bravo3, loaded, generator optional.
Had a bad experience with the local dealer, location is not a problem as he is in the trucking industry.
Can anyone point me to a straight shooter? willing to consider 2004 models on up.
Thanks for any input

21 and 42 footers

Good Luck, I spent alot of time on the 298 at the boat shows and really liked them. That should be a low-mid 60's boat if I remember correct.

It's the go-to boat if anyone needs a tow, pulled a 30' sleekcraft with twins up on to a plane

I am very impressed with this boat, but am trying to keep my wife away from it as I'm not ready for a sport cruiser yet

We traded one in that went to Grand Lake. It came from Big Thunder Marine at LOTO.Needed some parts and Ugly John's was helpful. They are both dealers for Monterey. Hope this helps.
