Batteries Not Charging
I was wondering if someone could help me. I have 2 502's had them out to do work on them both after putting back in had a problem with one starter and changed it. Then started motors and im not charging batteries now had one alternator checked and it is fine. Does one alternator charge both batteries? I checked and i have power to the wires at the alternator. On my gauge i only read 12volts and with a meter i only have 12.5 on batteries with or without motors running. Any help or direction would be great. Thank You.

pull the alternators and have them checked. At the beginning of the season, both of mine were found to be bad.
...and the "no brainer" comment, are you sure your perko's are in the right position?
