My heart aches for Bruce, his and the other family members involved in this trajedy. I lost my father two weeks ago this past Thursday. It will be some time before the pain goes away. I offer these words.
"Now Is The Time of Grief, But I will See You Again and You Will Rejoice, And No One Will Take Away Your Joy.
John 16:222
May God shine his light on these familys. Ken (MCPA)

Latest update on Bruce according to the news report is that he is listed in fair condition now. That's good news as far as his physical recovery at least. I understand his son Will is now with him also.
The report also stated that Gordon's daughter and son-in-law, who also perished in the accident, just celebrated their wedding anniversary and leave behind a one year old child. Another sad bit of news to learn.

I assure you it will be solved and in fact is painfully clear to some of the experinced high performance boaters what happened. There is a time and a place for certain comments and this thread is not the place.

What a sad story, I cant imagine the pain that the family and friends are going through. We ran the Labor day poker run yesterday and heard rumors of this tragedy about an hour after the run. I was hoping that the rumors weren't true, but after coming home and reading this thread unfortunately they were. We have been on runs with both of the boats involved and both familys were model poker runners, and will be sadly missed on the water.
My condolences to their family and friends. RIP
