LOL! It has EVERYTHING to do with going to LOTO and having a good time.

They are referring to some things that happened this last year at the Shootout. Anything else would probably have to be communicated over a phone call.

Figuring out the date of the Shootout is easy. It's always the last weekend in August. You could also call it the weekend before Labor Day weekend.
