The numbers everyone is posting is about what I have heard. 120 mph in a non step hull seems to be about the limit. We are currently testing a 38 kv scarab with about 2200hp total. 120 should be no problem I am trying to decide how far past that mark to shoot for. The motors are turned way down and could easily be pumped up. Not sure anyone knows what the hull will react like at those speeds? Just doing some research before we set our speed goal.

(I.e. the pad ends before the transom or the very rear of the boat.) I believe the Fountains were built this way too.
What fun is that???

What fun is that???

my 24 with the changes I made over the summer is a hand full
fighting the chine walk at 83 , THE ONE THING I NEVER GOT ON WAS THE INSIDE HDY STEERING UP TO THE WHEEL LONG STORY
,But in the spring the wake should be at a minimum with the full steering, but that sutphen reacts nice and easy like a caddy on a dirt road
