This was only a matter of time......I dont do poker runs..never did.first one 86/7 Everglades...My Point....Lets collect some cash for The Make A Wish Foundation..those kids are the victims..fuc% the boat ride..LETS HELP THE KIDS ANYWAY.....Lucy AND Mark.....p.s..you didnt hear it from me ,cause i dont like to gossip...just help.

Has it occured to anyone that the lawyers who brought this shameful act work for the one person ultimately responsible for the accident? He could have stood up and told them no. He is the one with all the money here by the way. We know you are busy Marc but sounds like we could get a little fund going for the make a wish if you set it up. Let us know. NK

Probably because the driver was sued by the families of his dead passengers, and he/his lawyers want to "lay-off" some or all of the blame on someone (anyone) else, thereby lessening what he has to pay himself.
Don't know any specifics, but would guess the driver has also sued Outerlimits, Mercury, perhaps the manufacturer of the steering system, etc., etc..
