That sucks, but you have to admit, that is a good one. I'll have to remember that trick!
Can she get in trouble for that?

That's not a good one...that's sick! I can't believe someone could do that.

Did the cops say anything about the gun that you had when you came to the door? Even though you had set it down before you answered, did they proceed inside your house and find it? Just what they'd need is some sort of evidence to back up her accusation!

I hope she never tries anything like that again.

Scott ,
I think she can get in trouble for falsely(sp) making that call. She has to prove that you had supposedly planned on eating the bullet. And since there are no phone records of you calling her telling her that , she has no evidence to back her up.

Well I defenately wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of that. That must have been some scary chit.
But if I ever get a worst enemy, I'll remember that trick

Man that is unbelieveable...that should be filing a false report...a punishable offense...check with troutly on that...but you could probably get her scared enough to rethink her actions...be greatful that the divorce is over...

Sounds like she needs to have a little more fear of your buddies. What a wacko. Hope your lawyer can suggest something interesting but I doubt it.

Man, that's scary! And I thought I had it bad with my Ex-, (better known as the "*****" amoung my friends) You should be able to have some sort of legal action taken against her for filing a false police report! Good luck, because they NEVER really get out of your life, espeically, if you have kids with her.
