Why is it that when the banks screw up it always is in thier favor and always our fault or problem to fix?

The guy that bought my last boat went through Essex. They seemed well organized and very nice.

Keybank is a bunch of clowns. I wanted to re-finance my boat so I called them first - they held the original loan. They're not interested - "we don't refinance boats". So I called Essex - FANTASTIC to work with. The whole deal goes through like clockwork, and I end up with a 2.5% reduction in my interest rate. Guess who buys the loan - you guessed it - KeyBank.

This is on a bit of a different thread, but DON'T USE ST. PAUL INSURANCE. You'll get the same BS.

Hey Liquidlocomotive,i purchased my boat thru Essex.They were great to work with,if Dawn McCauhey (i think that her last name)still works there ,try to work with her.Very friendly and also a boater.

OOOOPS....I got Key Bank and am fixing to payoff the loan early in a week or two...Some of you may have noticed my short fuse and no B.S. attitude..I hope they give me a problem....I can't stand incompetence.
