HINT, always use the post office for trans border shipping. No brokerage fees. I always make sure anything I order from the USA is sent post. No Fed ex or worse UPS.

Don't even get me started on customs. I had a broker accidentally ship some "safety equipment" to the wrong site once, had to get it back, When it got to US Customs, they were fined me for "importing an illegal substance". The "Illegal substance" was emergency eyewash, (water) that was packaged in NY, which I was just trying to get to the right location.
