Default And others swallow!

Seems like further proof that sailors are stupid to me! That weather in PE's post is the reason that they invented bars...

Only a couple more weeks and we'll be doing that at the SCOPE run!

Oh, yah! Skipping work Thursday to clean and prep the boat. Then I'll be in the water before lunch time on Friday. Where'd you snatch the big Baja?

Oh and just to keep this on track, Rob, sailing is canadian!

My buddy's boat. We're pooling funds and just taking one boat. I beat him up in my 29 over july 4th in Channel Islands so now it's his turn. He's never run in the ocean before (the 36 is his 1st boat) so Friday will be his big water trial run. It's a very nice boat and he'll do just fine in those waters.

I have raced the Chicago to Mackinaw race 5 times, the Port Huron to Mac 6 times and the Queens Cup, across lake MI 12. I don't care what you say, when you are surfing down the back side of a 15 ft wave, the knot meter pegs and you start to oscillate you will be scared to death, we dipped the spinnaker pole on a down wind run and tore the mast off, over 100 grand to the bottom of the lake and that was just the mast, the sales and rigging were half that. I have been to the top of a 80ft mast in 12 ft waves to untangle an hourglassed spinnaker and to retrieve a halyard that went up. I do love power but you can get the same thrill with wind. In fact I raced on a 78ft nelson and we hit 19 knots on a reach. Full and by, thatís how we roll. My parents have been in the Med for 8 years now, heading to the Crib this winter, my mom, who is 70, broke her arm 100 miles from Bermuda and lived with it for 3 days.

My bath tub is rougher than that - haha. We had 10-12's crossing the Gulfstream over to the Bahamas. I'd smoke that blow boater!

You guys give no respect.
That dude is no comparison to Judge Smails.

I'd rather be ripping it up in a sailboat like that, than bubbling around in a day cruiser.

Obviously, many of you have never sailed.
Anyway, thought i'd post something a bit different.
I love that apache video too, but seen it 100x and its in my HD.
