Glad you all were able to catch on to the fact that I do need a EFI intake not carburated.

No body noticed the carb next to the dish drainer or the seawater pump also on the counter

Still looking for a EFI intake for a stock HP 500

43 Thunder,
I also have 2 availible... Off of my 2004 EFI's (64hrs) when Whipples were installed. Complete minus IAC motor,PCV,Intake air temp sensor and 2 coolant temp sensors.... All injectors are there and working.

Can anyone confirm whether all the Merc units use a rectangle port lower manifold? I see AS&M offers both oval and rect port. So far it looks like the Volvo pieces are oval. Wonder if you could hog out the ovals a bit or whether it'd be worth it...

The Mercury part is rectangular port for the 500 EFI.
