The Bulldog has a relatively mild flat tappet cam,
the same cam that is used in the HP465 ( 502 based)
where the HP500 uses a more agressive hyd. roller cam.

Well Pit, I re-read your posts.....and yes post 12 and 15 you started your smart --- I know more than you guys stuff. Then you got hammered on. Any ways, Like Tyler said, Tyler, JC, Zul, and myself are all friends here and on the water ect. We all talk to each other almost on a weekly basis and even share information between us. We are all here to help people through our experiences of building, testing, running and racing what we build. Everyone has their own opinion on things, but anything we can do to help people make the correct choice with their investment is what we are here to achieve. And as you can see we all stick up for the other! Peace brother.

hay pit i call a few of my racing buddys they told me that 500 502 motor is not there choice for racing
italk to 15 engine builters they all told me to go with 540 dart
they sad 502 just not as good as the 540 mrhorsepower and friends good people ! i listen and learn from them ! ps.pit call boaters that race your 502 motor
