Will the same card work in Europe (I mean anywhere outside the United States ) , or do I need to be on their service?

I running cable too. I've tested my bandwidth many times and have come up with a best test of 1693kbps. Beats the hell out of a 56kbps dial up !!!

I'm still using the old fashioned dial up at home. My ISP was nice and upgraded their equipment and phones. Now is doesnt take me 10 minutes to get logged on any more. But now my connection is 26.4K from 40K. Thanks guys. But then I'm too cheap to throw down 40 bucks a month over the 4 I'm paying now.
