Need background on this 33' Daytona please

My buddy just bought this from yachtauctions.com He is about to dig into the mechanics and needs some background info from the unknown previous owner.
Anybody?

The original owner was Tex Taylor. I do not have his phone number but he owns a indoor karting shop in Az by the name of Speedtsreet on Bell Rd.
