The reality is that it does not matter what we say here on this thread. It matters what the PR promoters do. Hopefully they are reading all of this and can make changes. They need ideas and the commitment to implement them. it would be good to create a list of possible changes. I have seen a lot of good ideas but some were lost on closed threads.

Ya good point. I guess I just don't feel like I am in a position to change anything but the fact is I can start by talking to the promoters of the runs I attend. If enough of us voice our concerns in a positive way then then the promoters will make the changes.

As i said and i partly agree with you that no one would want to point out anyone, I think having boats down course of the run videoing that way each person has no way of knowing whom is watching and recording. I also believe that once an offender is made an example of, compliance from other guys would fall in line.
