Note to Risk Taker
If I've heard it before, I will refrain from answering (from now on).
I admit that I have heard the elevator one, but I had not heard the horse riddle or the bungalow riddle. I figured those out all by myself.
P.S. Keep 'em comming. I love riddles!

This is a little hard to explain but I'll try. Each man paid 9 dollars. 9 times 3 equals 27. 25 dollars for the room and 2 bucks for the bellhop.
TO put it another way - they spent 30 for the room and got 5 back. Total spent so far 25 buck. Plus 2 for the bellhop > 27.00 total Divided by 3 equals 9 dollars. Seems simple enough until semantics gets in the way of easy math.
