Heres the thing- dealer tells me the bank didnt approve loan, then why did they give me the boat? And with that in mind, who do I send the payment to? The purchase agreement lists the bank that "didnt" approve it.

Yeah the bank is listed as the lien holder. Does this make any since to you? If the loan wasnt approved, why would I receive the boat and all paperwork at time of closing? You can't tell me any dealer is going to give someone a boat that it hasn't been paid for.
