Easy, they have a number of ways to wire it, just make sure you get the NEMA 0183 one.
I did this because Livorsi told me a new one would be in the $300 dollar range, I think I seen in another tread that they posted a $169 price now. Much more reasonable.

I was ABOUT to send mine in...they don't "fix" the antennas anymore...they sell a new antenna and give a $30.00 credit for the old antenna. $169.00 is the price.
Gonna fix it myself for $3.00 and put the $166 in the fuel tank!

Keep in mind a new bat. might not help. Something with reprogramming, I changed mine (Easy but I have been into electronics for 30 years), still was dead. Checked everything and ended up buying the $100 Garmin unit.
