Default Very Sad News

I am so sorry to hear the news of Charlie Alberts death, how terrible this is. This man knew how to live and enjoy life to the fullest, he was so much fun to be around. Our prayers and thoughts are with his family and friends, he will be missed by all who knew him as we did.

Charlie was a great guy and there was never a dull moment when he was near! The river won't be the same without him.

RIP Charlie

Even though I never met Charlie I feel very sad in reading this, I remember many posts about the Tickfaw 200 and just read the story in (I think) Extreme Boat or Powerboat about the Krew of Wrecks parade and Hagin being the Parade King. He seemed like the kind of guy I would have liked to have met.
He did not get to live his life as long as he should have, but it sounds like he sure crammed a lot of life into what time he was given. Rest in Peace Charlie and may your family and friends eventually find comfort in all the great memories you have left behind.
