Good eyes...
The header got tarnished the first week I had the boat because of some cooling issues.

Chris
I have 29ft velocity with a 600 sci iam getting 80-82 on gps all stock.(same speed as yours before your mods.)

Questions
My oversized sea strainer has to outlets with one being plug right now, can i use the second outlet and run it to the innercooler versus adding another sea strainer / water pickup etc . Also to get to 700 hp all i have to do is have dustin reprogram ecu plug back in and go with seperate water line to innercooler .
no pulleys/cam or anything .

Thanks
John

You would have to pick the water up somewhere behind the sea pump. If you get it at the strainer there will be no pressure to force the water throught the intercooler.

Not sure about the pulley.

Thats cool as hell chris.. I watched some guys dyno a 350 race motor and they ran it up to 9800rpms and i thought that thing was going to explode..

So it made 700 with the reprogram and waterline upgrade?

Correct... the motor made 700hp with only the PCM re-program & water re-route. No other mods of any kind.

You do not want to pull the water off the sea-strainer... Dustin has the correct parts in his kits to re-route the innercooler water... very easy mods.

The new numbers are in for the Stage II upgrade for the 600sci:

752hp at 5850rpm !

This is what you get with just a PCM re-program, a water re-route, and a smaller pulley.

Dustin rocks!

So what are you going run with? Stage one or two.
