Hey Indy,

I was wondering about the thickness too. If the clamps can be inverted maybe that may work. The fairing is really only about 1/4 inch thick with a foam insert. I may be able to clamp them to the bottom lip? I also wondered if I could get some of these like on a Cig. Anybody know who sells them?

Thanks,
Dave M

Are these rated up to a certain speed? They could really
do some damage if they broke or came off. Just wondering.

Dave M...Just had a thought (ouch!!). I have the schematic for the mechanism that was included with my order. Send me your fax number and I'll shoot it over to you. It should answer some of your questions. Steve

Bought the wind away set last year, love it!

Hey Indy, what's a box anchor?

Another cool product I heard about is the Rex Marine hatch accelerator box.

Strange world we live in, I was perusing the latest issue of Powerboat and what do I see? An ad (pg 89, lower right corner) for "Windaway" listing their website: www.windaway.com
