holy zombie post! But cool, nonetheless.
There are lots of rules by state, county, city, etc that most often all come down to the same thing, at least to some degree...and that is nudity can't be "sexual in nature". Case in point here in Wichita recently, a guy liked to walk around his house naked and would go out nude and pick up his newspaper. Neighbor lady was INCENSED and demanded the cops do something about it, and they basically said as long as he wasn't exposing himself in a provocative/sexual manner, he could do what he wants. Basically if he wasn't beating the the meat in front of someone, it was cool.

Not sure what it is now, but at LOTO when the party cove was at the 14mm, must have on bottoms. Women and men. Saw a whole bunch of dudes get a ticket for the FULL Monty !! It was hilarious, except my friend young daughters were exposed to it. That was not good.
