Boating nudity?

I figure that if I'm out of normal vision range I can do what I want and if someone is watching me through binoculars then they deserve to get an eyeful. But, as a guy, I'm talking about hanging it over the gunwale to take a leak!

Legal on the Canadian side of Lake Erie.
Me and several friends were anchored off one of their islands yrs ago when two hotties walked on to their beach, dropped their tops and went at it!
My jealous GF at the time was livid!
Didnt want me to watch.
All my buddies had the their binoculars out 😂
Another time, same island, anchored out for the night, things were getting interesting (same jealous one) w/the GF on my flybridge cruiser.
Was full moon, no clouds, so very bright for night and noticed another cruiser anchored semi close to us.
Was pretty sure they could see if they wanted to.
Decided, screw it.
Saw no signs of life and figured I didn’t know them and would never see them again anyhow.
We commenced to live out a porn movie on my boat.
The bow, the cabin top, the flybridge, etc.
Woke up the next morning and that boat was gone.
We got back to dock and saw that same boat docked two piers over from us 😂
Never saw/met the owner but always wondered what he saw.

One time I was out on the river and the FL wildlife guy stopped to F with me. While he was worried about what fish I had on board (none) a blow boat came by with several naked people on deck. I looked and him and he said "its legal!" I have no idea how look that one up to see if it is really legal or not.

Anyone in the Tampa Bay area should check out Passage Key. Beautiful sandbar near the mouth of Tampa Bay and clothing optional. Yes, like any beach, there are some you might not want to take home with you, but there plenty that you would.
Expert tip: Plan on joining in on the fun. If you just plan to just keep your clothes on and stare at others, you generally won't be well received.
