I suggest you take a hard look at HTM. No handling issues, very roomy,tons of freeboard (only 24' cat that I know of that has drop out bolsters),very fast, has a very nice cuddy for the family and quality construction. this was a great read. I'm still pretty new to fast boats. I've got a Spectre32 with twin Ilmors. Its handles brilliantly. I'd guess it eats the chop up better because its a true cat with no pod.
