OK, So I keep answering my own post. I've been uncovering more info here and there.
That prefix was assigned from 72 to 83 to Performer Boats of Bill Elswick.
I haven't been able to find any real info about them yet. Anybody out there have anything on them, or tell me anything from the pictures?
