Something else to add, Lavey Craft has been building boats that have been sold to Germany and other countries. These clients have enough money to buy what ever they want and they chose Lavey Craft.

It rides in the ocean well enough that my wife doesn't make me trade it in for a SeaRay or something. I only have a porta potty and it is comfortable for 1 or 2 nights. You won't find any closed bow Laveys around and if you do, you should jump on it. If you are ever in Los Angeles I will take you for a ride. Uncle Dave has a 2750 so between both of our boats you can probably get a good idea what you want if you were interested in a Lavey Craft.

Thanks for the feedback and the offer! :) I'm dying to ride in Uncle Daves and saw a 29 NuEra Lavey for sale last night with a 525. Didn't know they even made them and are a beautiful boat just like the 27. Congratulations on your 29! Would love to see some pictures of yours!!

Below is a link on Lavey Crafts web site that has my boat before it was re-gel coated and after. My boat is a 1999. I even got the port holes filled

For being a 2004, and in the add description saying its a 9.9 out of 10... I can confirm that statement is true! That customer has kept that boat immaculate since day one!

Thatīs fast in a 22. Congrats. How much weight are you moving at that speed and what power are we talking about. Do you have any film of your boat at speed that you can share.

Ran the Hudson River fall run in New York and there was a 27 activator the was crushing everything and was some serious waters today. It's a 27 with the nicest yellow paint I've ever seen.

This Lavey Craft 28 EVO has topped out at 120mph. 28' 6" OAL, 24° bottom, twin step, no notch transom, no pad on the keel.

That activator ran 124 MPH.

Back 10 years ago and a couple of motors ago in my 272 Baja when I had roughly 750 hp and it only ran 83-85 I was racing Steve Helso in his "top secret" checkmate and slowly walking away from him when Jimmy V pulled up to us in his 27, looked at me then pulled away from both of us dissappearing off into the distance! Was COOL. Check 300 did the same thing once when my boat was running in the low to mid 90's, I was racing someone, heard a blow off valve whoosing on something (his BIG power checkmate) , looked over at him and he had pulled up in the middle of my race, nailed it then diassappeared, gotta love these REAL fast boats!!:evilb:

This 28 Evo in Germany is giving somebody with a 34-36 ft cat the surprise of his life. ? Nor Tech?

Its crappy and looks like a cell phone vid and Im guessing this is the GT1100 rig.

Lets not forget the wackers...there are guys running STVs into the 130s...if I rememeber correctly 137 on some river competition. They are only 18.5'.

Whatever. You can't beat Tripple Digits and his 22' Stingray with the Alpha. :evilb: Maybe not the fastest, but some of the best OSO threads of all time.

Not the fastest but 100mph plus boat that pulls skiers with same prop, not bad!
