Very sad continuation of a terrible tradegy. I have always made it clear to my wife, that god forbid, something were to happen to me when I was racing, or doing track days and so on,that under no circumstances should there be any suit brought forth.

Very well written. Both sides make a lot of sense.

Yes lawsuits ruin this country.

Yes they have some valid points in THIS situation, especially if its true they tried to work something out before using the legal system. Obviously we do not know if what they wanted is fair, or if they even tried.

Since none of us will ever know the truth about all facts all we can do is guess, run our fingers on the keyboard, and hope for the best.
