Hope to replace my stock Weiand 575SCI blowers with polished, billett 'The Blower Shop' blowers.

Also, working on a cosmetic resto on my '84 16' Formula One.

-There's sure is some cool projects going on here!

Why does it run to good now?

I am just doing some small mechanical stuff. Replace cables for the shifters, trim indicators, throttles. Fix my sea strainers that would drip a little bit. Finish my windshield reseal project, re-bond my deck joint.

CMI E-Top Headers
BBlades 30P labbed Bravos

Drop the Silent Thunder box and add Tips w/Flappers

Going through the outdrive and then new paint/stickers. Pulling the motor apart to see what it looks like (found a few small pieces of valve retainers in the pan- new retainers). Every single piece of wiring in the boat will be replaced- 10 years of solt did them no favors. All new custom Livorsi gauges in a new re-worked dash. Complete the installation of the scuba system. Install a Livorsi pop up bow light and an anchor light. Install a new Optima battery. Partially new graphics (vinyl). re-Paint bilge. New brake system on the trailer. Install new hatch lift. Mount rear facing camera monitor in the new dash.

I am not doing this all myself, but am looking to have it completed by the end of January.

I like it! How much weight do you think you will drop? Next spring post your results in the Formula section. Good luck!

You guys are having too much fun. I put my boat to bed for winter a month ago. Current project (took pic below 2 hours ago...) is replacing a leaking lower intake manifold gasket on a 3.8L in my 2001 Grand Prix. Like a friggin' jig saw puzzle, but fun none the less!

It's a "Lightning" hull that was the original "Hooters" triple engine SuperStock cat. (pulled from a Motion or Spectre)

It was re-rigged as a twin and Spark from Vicious Marine and Tag did some bottom work than Tag raced it under the Spirit of America name in SBI.

I took it to the extreme as the boat was torn down, like lowering the seats 5 inchs for a lower center of gravity, Tilting them back so I can have a lower canopy profile, moving them back a couple for better CG..

it's been a fun project but was held up this summer when I bought a house to flip.
