...... THANK YOU for an example of your insurance ROI. I have asked some others in the ice-SKATERing group for an example of their ROI ....and all they do is shuck-and-jive.

Some have said that I talk-the-talk of OSing. But yet I freely admit that I am a newbie here. GOTTA WONDER if some of these wanna-beez have ever been in anything other than a row-boat with a 10 horse Merc on it. LOL

I have insurance in-place in many things in my life. But boat insurance is not one of them. And as I said before ... I have actually lived on a lake in SE MI. NO ONE there had insurance on their boats that I was aware of.....OTHER than people who were financing the boat.

I know a couple of people on Gull Lake and Torch Lake that do not have insurance. Someone gave an example of a person who TRESPASSED on your boat and then hurt themselves.

An example YES ... but a very weak one IMO. I called my agent before coming on here ...and they said that they would FIGHT THAT "claim". Do these people know what they are talking about ? ... they are within walking distance from the West Bay of Traverse City.

Depending on value of boat it would probably be wise to have collision. Either way its really wise to have liability because you never know. Now having 2 million in liability like some guy said, umm yeah thats crazy, I guess if your stupid. You probably should have insurance pal, but either way do what you want. You will find on this website that some do not like the norm or the old way of doing things being challenged.
