Default Looking for a new Playground----

I have been boating for many years and have hit a lot of different lakes and some rivers. Been to Havasu, we don't live far from LOTO, and I have hit every lake around us within a 300 mile radius.
We are looking for a new liquid playground to visit for a long weekend or a week. Myself in 36' Daytona, and my buddy in his 38 Fountain. We don't mind traveling, been thinking about Cumberland, would like to go back to lake Travis in Austin Tx, but the water level is so low, I hear. We are just planning a trip for this summer and we are looking for some new suggestion or some new friends to hang out with.
So please give me your suggestions and the best weekends to go. Can't go the weekend after the 4 of July but the rest of the summer is open. Thanks for your help and suggestion.

Well if your looking for big water, come on up to to Canada, great lakes are BIG bodies of water, and the 1000 Islands area is some GREAT boating! Come up in August for the 1000 Islands Poker Run, it's one of the biggest in the world. I have dock space and a ramp if you need it (-:

That would be a long pull. I really appreciate the offer. I may not have enough time to for that long of a trip. Thanks Michael

Cumberland is a must do, I would also go to Destin Its not a bad tow. Michigan is my new favorite right now. Open water without the salt. LEOPA has a couple good runs on Lake Erie I would recommend.

Love Cumberland. But if you are looking for a great time packed with hardware, best to hit it on the holiday or poker run weekends.
