Thanks for all the input guys!
This will be my 3rd boat. On Lake St Clair I have previously had and used 19 ft and 21 ft Sea Rays. The summer before I started buying boats, we took my buddies 17 ft Checkmate out there. The boats I have owned since that thing have been soooo much better than that Checkmate. People have not really complained about the ride on my 21 ft (it had a 305 2bbl, but it had loud though hull).
I do want the best 55+ MPH boat for the money.... Has to have some sort of cuddy. The Baja cuddy looks small, but the boat is nice looking and I know that is a good motor.
I need to look at all of them.

Be patient, the closer that summer gets the more boats that will be for sale... +1 for the sea trials, ask your self how much time you plan on being in the cabin? Any 24' boat will not have enough room to be in the cabin for very long. Have fun while looking too, lots and lots of choices out there.

24 degrees of deadrise on the Baja will make it take rough water way better than the 19 degrees of the Crownline. I use the cabin in my 24 all the time for sleeping and extra curriculars, it's small but it's far from useless. It's probably also pretty much the same size if not a tad larger than the cabin in that 22.5" Crownline.

I am single with no kids. I may want to take my parents on the boat at least one time.....
I guess its not the size of the Baja cuddy, but rather the small access opening to it that I do not like.
