The previous owner painted and did all the work on the motor, I just happened to have the $$ he was asking for it! I'm still trying to getbitbset up for Texas as it was bought in UT.

Thanks for the compliment!

The install looks great, very clean and well put together!

Regarding the drive oil, I have heard some negative things regarding the Redline Heavy Duty shockproof oil. I believe there may be some past threads on here regarding the oil (do a search on it). The bravo shop has a really nice gear lube made by NEO that I would highly recommend.

I think this boat was listed on here in classifieds not to long ago. IIRC I don't think it had hydr steering. With that much power you are really going to want to look into. It will make the boat MUCH safer and handle better at higher speeds. Very nice looking rig. Congrats.

Yes sir, I found the add here, looking into the hyd steering now, just not sure which brand to go with! It's a great boat, looks like new and is very fast!

Too much boost? Why do you think it has too much boost?

The rev limiter is set for 5450 I'm at Max boost at 5000rrpms, the boat came from UT 4500
Feet and I'm in TX 525fr, need to change to a bigger prop I think, and maybe a
Bigger pulley on SC.
